THE SCANDAL IS NOT REV. WRIGHT BUT THE CRIMINALS WHO PUT TOGETHER THE SNIPPETS THAT HAVE BEEN RUN AND RE-RUN AD NAUSEUM.

  1. Oh come on now and get it right! Rev. Wright cursed your country and you don’t care? 🙂

  2. For some time I have reviewed the fear that world transnational corporate hegemony, focused on oligarchial interest in the USA, require dominance of the world eventually, both parties need to be dominated. They have been taking over our military to become the worlds police force to be after the empire is established.

Well, one party was made to order, the other needed to be more stealthily taken over. With who we are left with this season, one candidate stands in the way as a wild card, who must be torn up. Power does not just surrender its agendas to democracy. In fact, it seems bent on reducing democracy to a two dimensional side show. From purging the privilege to vote, to their business interest commonalities with all corporations and the bottom line, voting must also be controlled to their advantage, and is.

We may be witnessing the wedge that cracks the Liberty Bell in half. Will we be able to hear its demise, or go on pretending voting has not been compromised in many more ways than one, aided by the mass media’s anesthetic?

(When I heard (and reheard) the snippets put together purporting to characterize Rev Wright for the purpose of suggesting that Obama was some kind of threat, I assumed that Rev. Wright was a well meaning asshole whose words were taken out of context. Even at that, it was necessary for me to assume that Obama had stayed in that church because there was some redeeming social value in Wright that compensated for some radical thoughts that he seemed to hold.)

I watched the Bill Moyers interview with Rev. Jeremiah Wright in its entirety. I saw those snippets in context. Whoever cherrypicked those snippets out of context had to have known that their sampling did not represent what Wright was saying. This was a deliberate attempt to distort and misrepresent what Wright was saying.

I doubt that you will watch the Moyers interview because I think that you are looking for reasons to have Obama look bad.

Hopefully enough credible people will see that interview and it will become known the depths some people are willing to sink in order to discredit a candidate.

Anyone who sees this interview, I believe, will recognise that Jeremiah Wright is a smart, learned powerful orator and has valid things to say. I now understand why Obama stayed in his church.
